The gentleman said it would cost nothingDrop off the pool pump, still no word about being charged a fee for this serviceGet a phone call regarding the pump being done and there is nothing wrong with it and it is going to be $I speak with the manager, to let him know I wasn't happy about being told one thing then charged anotherHe laughed at me and very rudely said, "what do you think this is, goodwill? You know, we are a business so we have to make money by charging peopleHe said, "So you want stuff for free?" I stated I just don't understand why they don't make their prices clear from the beginningHe responded, "I just don't get why you don't understand we have to charge for our services." He said all this while laughingI told him it was rude to laugh and criticize a customer and he apologizedI don't mind paying money for services, at allWhat I do not like is being told one thing then completely blind sided after [redacted] a job is completed...which completely took *my [redacted] choice awayWe will no longer be utilizing this pool company, their chemicals or their servicesToo bad, I really enjoyed the crew that closes our pool!
Very rude customer service and 3 times the price as anyone else in the area. This is my first time owning a pool and they treat you like a dummy for needing advice. I ask them why they charge so much more than everyone else and they say we will be fine we have enough customers. Do not even bother with them!
