Not having received follresponse from dealership to date, Revdex.com contacted consumer to see if any updates on situation, etc.Mr [redacted] confirms that in the past two weeks or so, he has now received the refund check in question.He also states that he ended up contacting DVS about his missing registration / platesHas received his plates, and anticipates receiving title in 60-days

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr *** acknowledges that the issues outlined in his complaint (warranty refund, delay in receiving plates / registration) have now been resolved, but feels that the refund took far longer than it should have, and that it was largely through his own efforts that he was able to receive his plates and confirm Marx Motors had submitted proper documentation to the state

There was a miscommunication with the warranty company “Cars Protection Plus”.We did get this warranty canceled for our customer and issued a full reimbursement amount of $1,098.00 on today’s date I f 01.29.2018
