1st Problem Dates: July 31st is when I went to pick my child up and he had a unknown bruise on his right temple and the teachers nor directors could tell me when or where it happenedBut they wanted me to sign an incident report stating it was an old bruiseI spoke to the director Maria and asked why did she not phone me when my child was injured and she stated because it was not life threatening she did not have to callI advised her that this was not an old bruise and I would speak to the teacher MrsAbecause he did not come to school with a bruise on his temple and for me to sign the incident report that it would have to be changed to reflect that it was not an old bruiseI never heard or saw a revised incident report
