For starters, they never answer the phone 95% of the time when calling you get a busy signal, not even a voicemail to leave a message I would be surprised that they do not have call waiting but everything else is outdated toomost importantly customer service Paula, unbelievably the office manager, talks to customer's terribly and openly says if you do not like it, go somewhere else When you have a question, you are told they will find out and call you back; there is no urgency with anything hereThe rates are no cheaper than anywhere else My personal opinion, get a good value for your money and go somewhere else
