company being successful As far as this said complaintwe did winterize the pool at *** *** ** We have already suggested a refund for the pool cover that we installed.We never do that nor need to but in this case we are willing to eliminate a problemWe disagree about the pipe and that we didn't properly winterize correctly We have service logs that say each line was properly blown out along with all other lines It makes no sense blow out all but one line Bottom line the installation of line and pipe used does not fit protocol We feel that we do not owe any money back on the said plumbing since we did open the pool as an additional service to the homeowner So the homeowner owes us the amount invoice on that date.We will take care of that charge and refund the money on the cover as previously offered We feel that we will not please the Homeowners no matter what we do so,we are offering a refund on cover and the pipe cost will be equaled out from the service bill owed If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted]LY]Since our complaint was not about the cover issue that they brought up I will also address that now. We purchased a winter cover from them and they came to our house and the owner measured the cover and ordered it. Cover was installed by all-American when it was winterized and it was suppose to self drain and never hold puddled water on top of cover this cover has never drained and after multiple phone calls, complaints to owner and adjustments made by owner and factory service man they decided to refund the cover cost because it was not properly measured and/or installed correctly. The owner measured it and did not allow for sliding board so cover never would drain properly according to their service techs and factory rep that came to house (I have his name and number if needed and also message from him). We paid a fortune for the cover and installation that were both ordered wrong and installed wrong and both need to be refunded to us cover cost and labor to install cost. And in regards to piping issue how did it freeze and bust if there was no water in lines during winter that they say they blew lines clean? They need to repair and replace piping and we will pay for opening less cost of cover removal that they are at fault.
