Review: I brought 2 jackets into the establishment on 02 July 15 @1324 hrs. Mary herself waited on me. Jacket #1 was a [redacted] sweat jacket that needed a new zipper. Jacket #2 was a fleece black jacket that had a cheap zipper that came undone after zipped. I asked for new metal zippers in both. She said she understood. Upon pick up, I brought them home. It became chilly in am's lately, so I picked the fleece to take the dog out. I zipped it and the bottom came open trapping the head AGAIN, just as before. Examining it, I noted that the zipper appeared just like the old one, as was not a quality metal one like she put on the [redacted] jacket ( which works fine). I returned it today, stating that is was neither fixed nor has been woke on. She brought up the receipt and it stated zipper heads, 26 dollars for two items. Point is she REPLACED the one and the other she did not. She was saying this was not the coat she fixed. I tried to reason with her, knowing that was the one. She then stated that she replaced the head, but not the zipper, changing her story. The coat has sentimental ties to me. She replaced the one but not the other. Anyone can unstick it. I want a new zipper or 13 dollars returned to me. Please respectfully note: She is of Asian decent, and has trouble grasping some english. I paid 26 bucks, and want my worked done right. Note: That was the first time I had the jacket out. It was still in the protective plastic upon retrain it. She was also quite rude accusing me of switching coats. I was a public server for 30 years as a Paramedic, and DO NOT appreciate my integrity questioned.Desired Settlement: Just get 13 dollars returned to me for not replacing the zipper with a better one as requested. It looks cheap, and I believe she was cutting corners, or trying to get one over on me
