Enclosed please find the first page of our Parent Handbook under School Policies and State Requirements as well as a signed copy agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the Parent Handbook. It was agreed to contractually and therefore she is not entitled to a refund.
As for the allegations, they are false, totally untrue, and are being handled by our personal attorney regarding any legal disputes.
