We received the notice of the enclosed complaint on Saturday, December 2nd. We made an attempt to fax this to you last evening, Wednesday, December 6th and again this morning, as instructed in your letter. This, we thought, was in a timely manner (4 days...
after receipt of your letter). However, we then noticed that your letter was dated November 27th, well past the required 7 days. Hopefully, this does not put us into a position where you would consider this and Unanswered complaint.After several attempts this a.m. until finally at 12:00 noon we were able to fax the material to you. We also tried to call on the phone several times this morning only to be told that we 'have dialed the number incorrectly and to try our call again.'Upon getting through on the phone the message stated that your office was closed but our selection for getting the hours only put us back on to the main recording.At any rate, mailing this seemend like a likey opion. We have included a copy of your letter and complaint in this packet but not in the faxed material.Thank you for taking the time to review our response.
