I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

We own a subscription site of which [redacted] was a member where members are charged recurring payments of $10 per month.  [redacted] requested to cancel her subscription.  She was cancelled on our website in late July after her July payment. [redacted] Pro is our processor and for some...

reason or some glitch, they charged her another $10 on Aug. 28. It came to my attention on Sept. 3. I read her email and thought she meant she had tried to cancel for 3 months and promptly refunded her the Aug, July and June payments of $10 each. At that time my family left to go on vacation. Apparently [redacted] saw one of the refunds and that it was processed by [redacted] and emailed to say she doesn't use [redacted] and was upset that they had charged $.59 to process it. She tried contacting us apparently 4 times during the week we were gone. (This is when she filed her complaint with the Revdex.com.) She had been in contact with my webmaster several times before she filed the complaint. We had made sure she was cancelled on our site. For this site we use [redacted] Pro as a processor. If a customer chooses to pay by credit card, [redacted] Pro will refund their credit card- whatever payment they paid with is refunded. This is out of our hands. I don't know how she opted to pay and don't have access to her card number. My records show that [redacted] charged $.22 for each of the 3 refunds I sent her. However, it is my understanding that they charge me the fee, not her. When we returned from vacation and saw her emails, we contacted her. My webmaster explained to her that she had actually been refunded $30 , not $10. On Sept. 18, she then sent me a payment through [redacted] of $9.41 and said I can take the rest I am owed by charging her card.  I don't even think I can do such a thing. I don't have access to her method of payment. I opt to let her keep the extra $10 for her trouble.I would like to add to my explanation that I've been in business since the early 90's and this is the first time I've ever been reported to Revdex.com. We were very willing to handle her problem.  ~Marilyn Boyer, owner of Character Concepts
