Review: I was having several issues with my billing here, and had not heard back from the billing specialist for over a week, so I chose to withdraw and switch to another childcare provider. Prior to filling out withdrawal papers, I received a letter from the company stating that my children were not welcome to come back the following week because I had failed to pay $40 that I suposedly owed. I overpaid by more than $100, so I knew that I in fact did not owe them money for this week, as my copay was only $14 every two weeks. I spoke to the director of the center about withdrawing my children and she stated that since I got the letter that said they could not come back that I would not have to give a two week notice of withdrawal to avoid paying extra fees. So I gave the one week notice, and withdrew my children. The following week, I finally got a call from the billing specialist stating that I did not owe the $40 and everything was fine for my kids to stay there, but I informed her that I had already put my withdrawal notice in and that would be my last week having my children there. I then received a bill in the mail for $424.99 for a week that my children did not even attend daycare at this company. By this time, my children were already attending another daycare. I reached out to the billing specialist and she stated that I got charged for a week my children were not there because I didn't give a two week notice of withdrawal. I explained to her that I was told that I didn't have to. They basically called me a liar and are still saying that I owe them $424.99 for a week my children were not in attendance at their company at all.Desired Settlement: I want the bill to be adjusted and the week that they charged me that my children weren't there to be taken off. My children were already at another facility by this time, and I was told that my children could not come back to this facility. I did not receive a call back for a week, so made the decision to withdraw.

I had talked with the Director of the child care center that Ms. [redacted]'s children were enrolled. She said that she told Ms. [redacted] that she needed to give a two-week notice of withdrawal. When I talked with Ms. [redacted] she said that the Director told her that she did not need to give the two-week withdrawal notice. I am getting conflicting stories.

My daughter was only at Mary Linsmeier in Lomira for 4 months. I did not feel comfortable leaving my daughter there. One of the teachers lied to me more than once. On more than one occasion she would write down wrong times for when she fed my daughter or when my daughter was sleeping. Another teacher was feeding my daughter when she wasn't hungry to try and get her to sleep. I brought all of this to the director's attention. The director said she was going to talk with the teachers and that she would follow up with me the following week. I never heard back from the director until I put in my termination letter. Extremely dissatisfied with this daycare and I would encourage other parents NOT to send their kids here.
