The attachment shows the receipts that I have been given for utilitiesI believe that I have lost one or two of the receiptsI would have been paying more towards the over all bill,however, when I was told she had months of bills from over the winter she had several bills spread out with notes on them from where she had paid some on the bills here and there, so there was no clear indication of what the total bill was at that pointI was told that she was going to make a chart for me showing what my bill was each month and a total for meThis is extremely important to me so I can budget my utilities useIf I am presented a bill for a particular month I have no problem paying it that monthHowever, getting months at one time as well as knowing the bill is currently going up even as I am trying to pay back utilitiesStill to this day, despite me asking, I am not being given any monthly bill or being shown the individual monthly past billsI currently have no gas for water heater or stoveI believe that even though I have to pay my rent by the 5th of this month and that I will be paying something towards the utilities, I will be given no idea of where I am in paying past utilities off any more than what my current month has costI also believe that my electric will be the next to be disconnected, without warningAnd even though I have paid rent it will be an unlivable situationCertainly not health to not be able to take a shower or wash dishes without hot waterI simply do not have the money to pay the equivalent of two concurrent utility bills every month because she said she was too busy to pick up the phone and call me with that months bill as they occurred as well as being shown the bill for my meter

Attached is my August rent and utility payment receiptsI would be making larger payments towards the utilities, but as of yet they have not presented me with a single copy of the utility billI have requested see what each individual months bill is so I can adjust my usage as well as keeping on top of the billThis , of course, is virtually impossible at this time due to them withholding months bills without simply calling and telling me what that months bill wasI am still with out gas, so no hot water for showers, doing dishes or gas for the stoveI wonder how they are serving in a bar downstairs without hot water for their glasses to be properly washed
