I am rejecting this response because: My daughter is *** ***, not "the child"If you are into charitable work you would not have seen us a week from prior visit, it's called malpractice due to your lack of having a sense of urgency in referring us to a specialistI would like my refund prior to closing this caseIt is clear and evident the spirit this child pediatrician is in, shame, shame, shame.Stay away!

Dear Sir,Received your letter regarding ID on 6/17/ The child was seen on 5/19/for her yearly checkup and was noted that she is not hearing on her left ear, right ear she heard well Told mom sometimes they will have some fluid on the ear but I could not detect much fluid,
give some decongestant for a couple of weeks and return in weeks will do a specific hearing test (Otoacoustic Emission test) and if she fails it will refer to ENT doctor She came back within one week on the 28th and brought the father with her We did the test and it showed "refer" on left ear After I examined the child I told the mom I do not see too much fluid but will refer you to the specialist Then the dad said I want to see the ear with your machine (otoscope), I said what are you going to see? He said, "I have been researching in the computer so I can look in the ear and see" I gave him the otoscope and he looked in the ear and said I think she must have tear in her eardrum from the ear infection she had two years ago I said we will see what the ENT doctor say Then I went to see another patient, when I came out I heard some commotion in the front office My secretary said he is arguing about the insurance, he has a high deductible etc I said we will check with insurance and walked away He told my nurse you go to the back and do not talk I will report you people to Revdex.com like I have don others so that I can straighten out people.He called and argued with the manager again about insurance and said they will be changing Insurance on the 1st of June So she told him give us a call with the new insurance information so that we can make a referral On June 1st we sent a referral to ENT (*** *** ENT) On June 2nd the dad called and said his wife is scheduling the ENT appointment and you do not have to do anything and he is not going to give any Insurance information to us The ENT group we send the referral was not accepting that insurance The mom called on 6/4/and said Dr *** office will accept her insurance, wants a referral and gave the insurance info Referral was and they notified mom about the date The charges were for the test, we do so many charitable work so will write off the amount.Sincerely,Dr *** ***
