Review: To whom it may concern;I retained [redacted] as my divorce attorney and I did not receive services paid for. I had already paid for a simple divorce at San Joaquin Superior Court, $450 basic and final fee. I retained the above named attorney at [redacted]. She did not provide service with integrity nor did she keep my information private. She chastised me at the court appearance for not dressing in a business suit when in fact I appeared to finalize my divorce only, not to make a fashion statement. She behaved in an unorganized, rushed manner and repeatedly discussed my case in an unsecured location raising her voice several times. She made reference to a rape I suffered in 2007 stating "you wouldn't have wanted a Chinese baby" when in fact she had no right to even discuss said life tragedies, said case (re) Dr. [redacted] She was paid in full and made it a game to drag a very painful situation out instead of honoring her obligation and operating within the parameters of the law. She behaved in a manner that advocated she be disbarred.Desired Settlement: Refund of all said services immediately and all documentation emailed immediately. I will be pursuing criminal harassment charges if I'm met with any future harassment from this "business".
