I do not agree with the accuracy of Mary Shipley's statements. I do not know what Mary is referring to when she says 'on a handshake' approach. She asked me to initial my edits to the contract...I am not initialing the non-refundable deposit language. The main issue is that Mary Shipley took my...

deposit, provided no services, altered a contract after I signed it, and forged the date she signed it after I told her we were going to use a different designer. I can easily prove via emails from Mary she altered the contract and forged the date on her signature. Mary will not be able to provide any documentation she provided any services in the selections of finish materials because she did not provide these services. I'm simply asking for my deposit back because I received no services from her and she altered a contract.
