My name is [redacted], I am the President of the [redacted]. I contacted Leathers by Mary last year to have my Chapter patches made. I was informed that once done I would have in 7 to 10 business days. I have paid in full as of almost a year sgo. I have no patches and have asked several times for refund. All I get is patches,are almost done be mailed tomortow this has been going on for about 6 months. All I want is either deliver the patches or get my money back so I can get them somewhere else. I have contacted a patch maker near me who has guaranteed me once paid I would have in 5 business days or money back. I am tired of Leathers by Mary's excuses. I want the patches or my money back.Desired Settlement: I want the patches or my money back.
