Review: I started seeing Dr. Wake in September 2010 through August 2012. A total of 16 appointments for depression. I only saw her for medication management appointments, for which my copay should have been $12 each. She was charging me $25 copays for each visit. I did not know that I was being overcharged until I started taking my son for medication appointments with a different doctor. I asked why his copays were $12 and was told about the medication management. I contacted my insurance company and proved my case to them. They found that I was indeed overcharged in the amount of $208 for the 16 appointments.I asked when I would get my refund and was told I have to wait for her. She was billing for psychotherapy and I never saw her for any therapy.The whole time I was seeing her she knew that I was unemployed. Yet she still has not refunded my money that I am due. I want my money back that I was overcharged.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the amount of $208, that I was overcharged for in copays.

check for the refund that I was owed. I appreciate your help in getting this
matter resolved. It is amazing how fast it was resolved with your help,
compared to the 9 months that it took with my insurance company. Thank you very
