Review: I am in the process of purchasing a home. During the qualification process, a credit check must be processed. After the credit check was performed it was then (03/11/2014) brought to my knowledge that there is a judgment against me from Mary Washington Hospital ([redacted]) in the amount of $2700.00, with interest accrued over $3200.00. I have NEVER received a bill, statement, summons or judgement from anyone let alone Mary Washington Hospital. Nor do I know when or what this judgment is for. I contacted their collections department to inquire this said judgement and the woman I spoke to informed me that their process includes a total of six statements sent to the address provided and on the seventh notice it is a warning of summons followed by two more then the judgement is held. I NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE STATEMENT FROM MARY WASHINGTON HOSPITAL nor did I receive ANY SUMMONS OR JUDGEMENT INFORMATION FROM MARY WASHINGTON HOSPITAL, MARY WASHINGTON COLLECTIONS, OR ANY THIRD PARTY COLLECTION AGENCY OR VENDOR.Desired Settlement: I would desire an adjustment without interest accrued.
