Marygrove Awnings - Toledo

We purchased a awing from Marygrove in May of last year We started hearing a loud noise from the frame of are awing when the wind blows We stopped out to the Perrysburg office to see if someone could tell us what it might be We were told we would have to make a service call We called to do that and was told we would have to pay a service charge What is very upsetting is that it is bearly over a year since it was installed The service call is which is a outrageous amount Thought it was a good company but would never recommend them to any family or friendsThey sure didn't have any problem taking our money!
