I have been dealing with Wach Glass & Aluminum since 1994. They have upgraded all my windows with modern triple pane. They have replaced my inefficient old Aluminum patio door with a Garden Door also with triple pane glass. I also had them replace my front entry door. They are a wonderful family operated business. I find they are extremely busy even though I don't remember ever seeing an ad. It appears most of their customers come through referrals. I have no reservations giving this Company a 5 out of 5 rating and I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends. Being a small family business it was easy to get to know Gord, Russ and Rodney and not feel like you're just an invoice in some Corporation. Keep up the great work guys and know that it's appreciated.
We had about 20 different quotes on windows before choosing Wach and are very pleased with the product and service. Other window companies talked to usabout having plain wood trims so we could paint them ourselves...was not interested in climbing a high ladder and doing this. Wach had a great non wood oak alternative which sold us on the product. We have no regrets. Russ and family have been receptive to questions and arrange service in a timely manner. I like the idea of working with a family owned Winnipeg company.
