With reference to the attached complaintWe have already waived the collection fees since December The patient was informed with that decision repeatedly and was asked to pay our collection service directly however so far he has not done that up to this moment The patient class="Apple-tab-span" information was never reported to the credit bureauWe do not report information to credit bureaus unless we exhaust all collection measures The account cannot be closed with collection agency until payment is madePlease see attached a written confirmation of wavier of collection fees

I am rejecting this response because: 1: I had paid the copay $30.00 on the day of my follow up visit (12/26), I had faxed the receipt to the billing office on 12/1/2015. The office is billing me for that too. The billing office do not want to work with me for this.2: I contacted the [redacted]  [redacted] regarding the fees waiver, they informed me that they do not have any letter for fee waiver. So I have to pay in full amount including the fees.3: Because I got alert from my Credit agency for this collection, I have paid  the bill in full ($49.57) to [redacted] Solutions LLC on 1/28/2016 because of the fear that if I don't pay it will affect my credit.4:  The Office can charge me for veni puncture ($6.72). the billing office can not charge me for the copay ($30) that I had already paid on 12/26/14.5: I will request to the Maryland urgent care office to refund me  the amount ($42.85)6: Dr. H[redacted] is a  courteous, respectful, well mannered professional, It is the billing office that need to work with client.
