Mary's Cleaning Service

I was provided a town home move out checklist from my management company it was required we use a professional cleaning service to clean the carpets that the management approved us and Mary's Cleaning Service was on the list. We decided to go with Mary's Cleaning Service because when I called and spoke with George I asked him what it would cost for their move out package and carpet cleaning and after telling him how large our home was he said it was going to be between $250-300 so we felt that was reasonable and booked a appointment.
While speaking with George I asked him multiple times what all was included in the services and he said we will clean the house and perform your move out checklist and clean the carpets. I then asked again if that would still be 250-300 and he said yes so I also added on the deflea and detic which I knew would be an additional cost but was okay with and we confirmed the date for April 25th at 8:30.
Yesterday they began calling us at 6:30 AM multiple times saying that were at the house and ready to clean and someone needed to come now. It was completely unprofessional and that was not the time we agreed upon. We got over there to let them and then they call later in the afternoon and say they locked themselves out so they had to finish that carpets the following this morning and would be there at 9 AM.
I started receiving multiple calls and text at 7 am saying they were there and the door was locked. I informed them it was unlocked and we made sure of that and it turns out they were just at the wrong building.
They finished cleaning everything today and texted me to let me know that the total would be $362.00. When they called to take my payment I asked how do we get the invoice from them and he said oh well actually the 362 is ONLY for the carpet and deflea and the house cleaning was and ADDITIONAL $260.00.
This is one of the biggest scams I have ever been apart of. They have been unprofessional and are now trying to make us pay $622.00 which one is NOT what we agreed upon and two is absurd. I could have gotten the same services for $200.00 total. Stanley cleaners will professionally clean for $150. I am writing this to the Revdex.com so other consumers do not get scammed like me and roommates have been. We will not be paying the $622 we will only pay what we agreed upon.
