Seeds did not germinate - no response from them when I reached out
I purchased seeds from Marys Heirlooms Seeds for the second time this past fall. The first time all of my seeds did well, the second time only two of them germinated, none of the others came up at all. I did everything right on my end by amending the soil, etc, so I reached out to Marys and explained what happened and just wondered if they had any kind of policy for such circumstances but no one bothered to respond to my email. I will not buy from them again.

an order thru our website on 7/25/15.  She did not place a phoneorder on 7/27 as she has stated.  On 7/26/15 she asked via [redacted] to add1 additional item to our order.Usually, we do not allow changes to orders and this is stated on ourwebsite.  However, we allowed an addition to be made.  Ms. [redacted] called meon 7/26 as she had trouble placing her order.  This was the third orderfrom Ms. [redacted].  After an almost 30 minute conversation (she asked a fewgardening questions), the order for the additional item was place.On August 5th I received a message via [redacted] from Ms. [redacted] that shedid not receive the Tom Thumb Garden Pea but instead received the OregonSugar Pea.  I take full responsibility for the mix up of 1 seed pack thatwas not what Ms. [redacted] ordered and offered to send her the correct pack ofpeas.   Ms. [redacted] acknowledged that some of the items that she orderedonline where out of stock.  At no time during the conversation did sherequest a refund for those items. A replacement pack of seeds was sent outright away.On August 26th her remaining items were shipped.On August 28th Ms. [redacted] wrote a poor review on our [redacted], informing usthat she still had not received her back ordered seeds.Ms. [redacted] states that she has complained to us "to no avail" but in fact,she had only contacted us once on August 5th to let us know that 1 of theseed packs she ordered was the wrong one.Ms. [redacted] had ample opportunity to request a refund for the items thatwere out of stock.  If Ms. [redacted] had asked for a refund at any time beforethe items had shipped, we would have gladly given her a refund.Our reviews on F[redacted] and yelp show a consistently satisfied customerand amazing customer service.

[redacted] I have a written receipt where my seed order for Tom Thumb Peas was marked through and changed to Oregon.  The thirty minute conversation that this business refers to was due to her website being unable to accept a different billing address from the shipping address.  No resolution to my complaint was offered through email or phone contact.  Apparently this business prefers to resolve complaints on F[redacted] or Yelp which is unreliable as social media can be manipulated.  The seeds were received yesterday as I have been out of the country for ten days.  The shipping date on the package was August 25th
  a full month after the order was placed.  It is much later then the date stated on the receipt which in writing stated the back ordered seeds would ship in approximately one week.  It is too late in the season to use the seeds.  This business offered no resolution to my problem and no personal contact other than social media.  I believe this to be an unreliable business and will not use this business again.[redacted]
