[redacted] Hello.I am contacting the Revdex.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] First of all, I would like to thank Mr [redacted] and the whole Revdex.com team for their work and efforts in protecting the everyday customerPer the message I received by the Revdex.com today, the complaint was closed with no response from the companyI have not received any contact either from the companyHowever, upon checking my banking account yesterday, I noticed a refund from Mary's Lake Lodge with the amount I requested ($198.98)I was expecting a message from the Revdex.com stating the complaint was resolved but was very surprised they had not contacted you.Nevertheless, the company reimbursed me the difference which, no doubt, were due to your persistent effortsI would say it is resolved, although, I find it quite perplexing as to why the company would not communicate to the Revdex.comStrange indeedThank you again for your assistance, [redacted]
