This student’s information and information regarding the situation was taken during the referenced phone call to Maryville University's Student Service Center, and the information was immediately passed to the appropriate parties to research further The student also reached out to the Student Service Center via email shortly after her phone call Those emails were also received and reviewedThe issue was addressed and resolved as of 2:30pm on 1/23/(the same day the student contacted us) The student was also notified of her reinstatement into the applicable course

[redacted] complaint has been researched Per [redacted] request, NURS for fall has been deleted from the record Adjustments have been made to the student's account to reflect a zero balance Since the student paid no money, there is no refund due [redacted] will be notified to cease pre-collections as the student owes the university no money A statement will be sent to [redacted] at the home address listed in our records

The business was lying it wasn’t an automated system it was a enrollment counselor that called me many times. Thank you,[redacted]
