Review: I've had previous issues with this place but decided to give them another shot since I wanted to simply get my hair flat ironed. The sign on the wall states that it's 5/10 dollars for a flat iron. I waited 30 minutes before anyone came to service me. I was escorted to a chair and the stylist quickly ran her fingers through my hair and asked if I wanted it washed. I said no that I had just washed it and I simply wanted it flat ironed. She tells me that I have too much oil and I had to have it washed again. I told her no again and she turned off her tools and told me she was sorry and started to walk away. The real issue is that she wanted me to pay 40 dollars to get everything done when I only requested one service. Of course there was no manager present so I was unable to resolve this matter at the time. I know how they operate in this establishment as I've been there a number of times and have requested the same service. I've never been turned down for this service before until today.Desired Settlement: If this establishment can't perform the duties advertised then it should be clearly posted.
