seeing the problem, I stated that the cost for the fix would be $150 because the problem was with the pipes in the basement and not with the pipes in the kitchen.However, he stated that he is low on money so he asked me if I could do $100. Bccause I felt sympathetic for him, I agreed, I bought replacement pipes and fixed the pipes. He stated that he would pay the price with credit card after a few days. After a few days upon completion of the repair, he came to the shop and paid $ 100 with credit card.Last month, he came to our shop and stated that we have to give him back $100.1 asked him why but he repeatedly said that we have to give him back $100 without any reasons so I refused* The cost for the water pipe repair was $100 and he understood that so I do not understand why I should give him back $100 for the labor work put into fixing the pipes in the basement.Best Regards, Zhi Q
