I made an order to buy surgical equipment from this companythey asked for 50% deposit, I gave them my master card info, they promised they will charge only $which we agreed but by reviewing my card statement , I figured out they double charged me on same dayso $was charged twiceI spoke to the owner company "*** ***" who promised to refund the extra charge That happened on Mar.22, Until This moment, I have not received any refund,nor was I received my order
the company is no longer respond to my phone calls or e-mails

I purchased a refurbished IV pump from MAS Medical in August of The IV pump worked for a month or so and then stopped working and gave continual error messages It was sent back for repair/replacement as it was within the one year warranty periodWe recieved a replacement pump after multiple emails/phone calls The replacement pump did not work and was sent back for assessmentThey returned it to us and it again did not workThroughout this time I tried repeatedly to reach someone via phone or email and noone would respondEventually, I just sent the pump back and requested a refund via phone and email It was recieved at their location in Janaury I have tried since January to get ahold of someone and they have never responded My credit card has never received a credit
