I am rejecting this response because:1) Mr. [redacted] employee insure me on their warranties on leaks. Mr Derck [redacted] hired a subcontractors in the Killeen,Copperas cove area Angus Torres was the subcontractor that did the roof replacement on my home Mr. [redacted] told me that he'll call the Angie Torres to go to house but took three more weeks of me calling Mis. Torres and finally got one of the roofing kid not a technician, Mr.[redacted] has a anger management problem as he be yelling at me over the phone. He first not back up his warranties and why would you charge me for something that is subcontractor he hired to do the roof. Overall Mr [redacted] is responsible for the repair or replacement of the damage.Mr. [redacted] is hoping I go away as lone as he drag his feet and lie so the makes him look like his doing something but just blowing smoke. And how does Mr.[redacted] knows if I can do his repair as a disabled veteran I don't think I can do it. I told Mr. [redacted] that I was going to have contractors to give me an estimate on the repairs.

Approximately 6 months after Masada Roofing installed Mr. [redacted]'s new roofhe contacted us concerning a leaking pipe.   We responded to his call and sent a technician out.  After examination it was determined that it was not the roof that was leaking,...

but rathera gas exhaust pipe for the hot water heater.   Although the pipe does go through the roof, the leak was not where we had re-set the base plate of the pipe into the shingles, but the pipe itself was leaking above the roof line.   The pipe had not been replaced by us because it was not part of the scope of the re-roof job.   Our technician sealed the area around the pipe with caulk and stopped the leak at.  We did not chargefor Mr. [redacted] for any time, labor or fuel associated with this service call.  But Mr. [redacted] was not satisfied and insists that we should replace the ceiling inside his hot water heater closet  dueto a water stain and some textured paint that peeled.   We have attached a post-construction checklist that Mr. [redacted] signed off on, clearly statingthat we, together, had inspected the hot water heater and furnaceexhaust pipes and they were OK after the roof installation. I asked Mr. [redacted] to send me a picture because he made it sound  like the ceiling was about to fallin.   The pictures showed that is not the case.   There is simply a metal ring that needs to be reattached to the ceiling with two screws.   Mr [redacted] is an aircraft mechanic and is used to working with tools.  I told him if he would just take his drill screw gun and put two screws through the ring into the ceiling everything would be back where it's supposed to be.  Mr [redacted]'s exhaust pipe for the hot water heater did not leak all through the fall and the winter of last year and may have been overwhelmed by the extraordinarily large and rapidly repeated volumes of heavy rain  that hit Central Texas this spring.  Many roofs had one-time leaks due to the overwhelming amounts of water. We have fulfilled our warranty promise which was to come out examine the problem and, if possible, fix it under his warranty...and that is what we did.  There is nothing in our agreement that says that we will remodel any part of the house.  We feel that the matter is closed and there's nothing left to do.
