They are absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt withThey are ignorant to the CUSTOMER and they are not HELPFUL at all I have a JenAir range and microwave comboThe appliances were still under warranty and after telling what was reading on the panel they sent someone out and he looked at it and said, Yes, that is the problem I will order the part it will take 7-days see you then! After calling JenAir, they had confirmed that the part was shipped overnight to Masco on Thursday and that they would receive it on FridayIt was Monday at 9:and still they had not called to schedule the appointment! I called them and was not happy that I had to call them! The girl said they could not come out until Wednesday and I said that was not acceptable that I was without an oven and microwave and cooking was challenging! I was told that my initial $which I paid upon to the Masco employee FEB, that this fee would be applied to my final total bill which it was not acct #XXXXXXX ticket #XXXXXX Masco Appliance representative (***) came to apt [redacted] on FEB 'to evaluate dryer problem for a Frigidaire model #LEQ ES, which took him about 1/- 3/hr per numerous phone calls inquiring about the "E68" status(***) told me at that time that the $charge would be applied to the final bill if I decided to go with the company to fix the dryer problem (which is typical of different appliance companies charges)He told me that the dryer needed a new control board which would take 3-days to get the part in and that Masco would call me to make an installation appt I agreed, and wrote them a check (CASHTR/RJ#971=$88.00) After not hearing from them for over business days, I called Masco the following weekThey told me that they had the part in, but could not make the service call until

This company was paid by my extended warranty to come out and repair my Thermador rangeThey came out different times, ordered parts came back installed the parts and the same day it wasn't working againMy warranty company told me that the servicer would have to send them something in writing telling them that it wasn't able to be fixedSo called Masco out again when the technician was leaving and my range still wasn't working I asked him to give me the letter so that Assurant would replace my appliance he said he would because they can't fix it but then he gave me to sign something that didn't say anything about my unit needing to be replaced I was upset and told him I'm not signing itI need to use my range, I have a big family and we haven't been able to cookso I called my warranty and they tried to schedule another service call but Masco refused to come back to my homeThey're reasoning, because I was misusing the appliance....first of all how can I misuse something that I can't USE? and why would anyone spend so much money on an appliance and then misuse it???
I've called my warranty several times since and asked that they send someone else but they are the only company that works with this warranty on this brand appliance

company attempted to repair ice maker with incorrect and inferior parts
Masco appliance never showed up to the first house appointment to repair icemaker and water valveThey just ordered parts over the phoneNext appthe technician said part in box that arrived is incorrectThird app on Dec1, technician showed up with wrong part and stated that is all they had to give him to useTechnician had to modify wire harness on ice maker and cut up the water spout larger to make the incorrect ice maker function and also modify the water valve which was also wrong partToday on December 4th I called masco appliance about the ice maker making gigantic ice cubes and overfilling tray causing the ice to spill all over my wood floorThe first employee hung up on me then the supervisor *** Told me if I want the correct part I need to buy it and they will install it at my cost! Then *** hung up the phone on me! Seriously? I called back and asked to talk to the owners *** said noSo

To get a call from a supervisor yelling and screaming is so disgusting!! and very unprofessional!! especially about a internal issue!
I receive a call from a very rude supervisor at Masco yelling and screaming at me today a rep was suppose to install some parts to fix my fridge and freezer 4/10/this rude supervisor called VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MIGHT I ADD YELLING AND saying that if the extended warranty has sent out two companies she will not be sending anyone out she refuse to listen she was very rude and disrespectful if this is the way she represent your company this is a outrage!! She needs to learn how to speak with customers and to learn what ever internal issues there is to take it out on the correct party and not the customer I believe her name is Jamie I could be wrong but she is very unprofessional!!!
I prefer not to deal or speak with her at all!!!

I had an appointment for in home service between 9 and 12 no one called so I called around 12.30 was told the tech would be there between 1 and 3 I said doesn't he carry a cell phone he should have called me to say I am sorry I am running late it is now after 2 and I haven't heard from them if I owned company this man would be fired,s or the owners don't care [redacted]
