Review: We moved into our home in 4/2013. It is a brand new home. Since moving in, our fireplace has not worked. We have been speaking with [redacted] of Masco Contractor Services of CA to try and resolve this issue for almost one year. They have sent out two different technicians who have tried to fix the fireplace without avail. My husband, [redacted], has called and emailed [redacted] countless times during the last 9-10 months but this issue is still not resolved. This is not acceptable.Desired Settlement: We want our fireplace fixed in a timely manner. We should not have to email and call Masco repeadedly to try and get this fixed. They have been stringing us along this entire time. To get a response from them is almost impossible.

Re: Revdex.com case #[redacted]
First, please be advised that this job/project is out of our Valencia office located at [redacted], CA location.
When we were told that the FP was having issues we sent our tech [redacted] to resolve the problem. [redacted] replaced the control panel and this seemed to resolve the issue but then the FP started having problems again. [redacted] then contacted the manufacturer regarding the issue and thought that we were no longer involved but apparently there was a miscommunication.
When we were contacted by the Revdex.com we found out that the homeowner was still having problems. We are once again addressing the problem and have a part on order that is expected to resolve the issue. When we receive the part [redacted] will contact the home owner to schedule an appointment to install the part. If this does not resolve the problem we will replace the FP.
Thank you,
Division Manager

Review: Masco failed to complete installation of rain gutters on rental home at [redacted]. The installers did not have brackets with them at time of install. We were told that the job had been completed via email by Masco sales representative [redacted]. After heavy rains we saw that the gutters were sagging and not draining correctly. Upon further inspection we found that the mounting brackets were never installed.Desired Settlement: We would like the installation finished to correct sagging and have gutters drain correctly.

FYI, We are now TruTeam of California, Inc. formerly known as Masco Contractor Services of California, Inc. Our license and FEIN remain the same.
Re: Revdex.com case #[redacted]
On 12/23/14 we received a
signed agreement from customer [redacted] to install a portion of rain gutter
at [redacted].
On 1/7/15 a crew was
dispatched to the location to perform the work and returned the following day
to complete the job. As far as we knew the job was completed and the project
was closed.
On 1/18/16 our sales
consultant [redacted] received an e-mail from customer [redacted] indicating
that the job had not been completed.
On 1/19/16 [redacted]
replied stating that we were unaware the job was incomplete and we would try to
resolve the issue ASAP.
We were not aware of any
outstanding issues until [redacted] contacted us on 1/18/16. We immediately
opened communications with Mr. [redacted] and developed a plan to correct any
issues. Mr. [redacted] appears in a number of e-mails to be satisfied with the
progression of the solution up until the timing of an apparent miscommunication
because on 1/28/16 [redacted] received an e-mail from [redacted] stating that
he would be continuing a complaint since he had not heard from anyone at
TruTeam for a week although on 1/20/16 [redacted] sent [redacted] an e-mail advising
him that an installer would go to the site the following day to investigate the
issues and install hangers and an installer was dispatched on 1/21/16 to finish
the work. [redacted] informed Mr. [redacted] that the installer had finished the
work on 1/21/16 and was told Mr. [redacted] would inspect the work that weekend and
get back to us.
On 2/12/16 our crew met
with [redacted] at the jobsite and made all necessary corrections requested by
Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] stated that he was satisfied. Our production manager Joe
Flores sent [redacted] an e-mail on 2/15/16 to confirm that the issues are
resolved and that he is satisfied but Mr. [redacted] has not responded.
