We have been doing wigs for almost twenty years and whenever we made a mistake, we do not put the blame on the costumer and also we can excuse when the customer makes a wrong choice on special items when it is brought back in the condition they purchased the item in The customer made a wrong choiceWe did not give her the wrong wigOur store has a no refund policy and we are very careful when selling the wigs

A customer came to our store looking for bob style wigs and she found two wigs that she was interested inShe asked me the colors available on the shorter wig she liked the colors but she went and seen a longer wigShe asked me the colors available for the longer wigI told her that we did not have the color she wanted in the longer wigI also showed her a similar color for the longer wig that would have been close to the shorter wigs color that she likeI told her to take a look and compare the colors and while she is doing that the UPS delivery guy showed up and I had to handle some paperworkI waited for her to finish looking at the two wigsShe came to the register with one of the wigs that she wanted to purchaseShe came back the next day, complaining and saying that I gave her the wrong wig but she did not bring the wig with her to try to return itI told her that she made a decision and our store policy is that all wig sales are final and we cant take back wigsI wish that she would have tried the wig on at the time of her wanting to purchase it and if a customer is not happy with our service the best thing we can do is give a thirty percent off her next purchase

We did not give her the wrong wig. Our store has a no refund policy and we are very careful when selling the wigs.

The manager gave me the wrong wig. He should have exchanged it or refunded it. I will not go back to his store ever unless he exchanges or refunds my money.

I told the manager that I wanted the longer wig but in a different color. He went behind the counter and gave me the wig.      The manager gave me a different wig than the one I asked for. He went behind the counter and handed it to me. He made the mistake. Therefore, he should refund my money. He refused to give me a refund when I went into his store. After the Revdex.com intervened, he offered me 30 % off my next wig purchase. After his mistake and poor customer service, the only way I would ever be a customer at his store is if he refunded my money. For these reasons I refuse the offer of 30% off my next wig.
