I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern;I am deeply in utter dismay and disappointment to have been sent this responseIt is not true that this business was ever unable to get my satisfactionI do commend them on taking care of my previous issues in the past since none of it was ever my faultMy level of satisfaction of this business is not what they think it isHaving said that, at this point in time, I'd like to know the reason why in the response there is refusal to work or sell me a car anymoreUnder what basis or circumstance is this coming from? It sounds to me that this statement is being conveyed to me in the form of Retaliation since I filed a complaintI am a consumer/customer and if I have any sort of concerns or issues on this vehicle, I have the right to address it and have it taken care of if it can be remedied especially since I am under warrantyI'm sure whoever responded to this complaint from the business would do the same as I'm doing if no one is responding to endless phone calls with no answers, endless voicemails with no answers, endless texts with no answers, and endless e-mails with no answersI now realize the true face of this dealership and will definitely boycott any future vehicle transactions with themAfter reading this response, I will not be buying a vehicle if one was to be sold to me in the future as it is apparent they don't care for my future business as part of their response mentioning that the business will not sell me one anymoreThat is very insulting and I am trying to figure out what I have done or said wrong to be told thatI would like more clarification as to what the business means on their refusal to work on my car anymoreIf the business means they are refusing to service my car as far as maintenance, recalls, software updates, etc anymore, then I am refusing to further more pay my monthly lease payments if that is the caseThey can have the car back, void the lease, and also provide to me a refund of all the monies I've wastefully paidWhy should I be prone to do something if the other end of the spectrum is in refusal? That statement the business is making is not fair to me as I was promised (in text records) if I bought the vehicle from them, they'd provide to me a service in which they brought me a loaner vehicle and took mine on a trailer for any issue (since I'm far from Fresno)So far, the recalls and mechanical issues that have came up on this vehicle, I've depended upon their trust and service to take care of themI have come to the realization that this vehicle is very faulty physically, mechanically and electronicallyThe recalls that have came up so far are very dangerous and life threateningFor example, there was a recall that was done where the driver's seat could've set on fire and a new one that just came out where there is a dangerous condition that can cause the transmission to suddenly shift from drive to park while driving at slow speeds increasing the risk and event of a crashWho wants to drive a vehicle with these kinds of recalls coming out every few month's? There have also been multiple occasions this vehicle has wanted to stall on meHeavy shaking occurs, low idle persists, and when lightly accelerating, the vehicle wants to give out and turn offI have brought this concern up about 2-time's now (it's still presently happening) and they can't detect the problem and tell me that it's just normalIt sounds to me that this vehicle is a lemonI am very lucky that nothing has personally happened to me while driving this vehicle dailyI can tell you that each time I get behind the wheel, I say a prayer that nothing will happen to me because I don't feel safe or secureI have a bigger level of respect for [redacted] in the Service Department than I do [redacted] the General Manager [redacted] does a very poor job of listening and following through with a responseI'm sorry [redacted] that I had to go this far to complain to the Revdex.com, but you ignored meYou are unfortunately not doing an outstanding job with customer service like you promised me you'd doA few time's during you not being responsive to me, I used another number in which I texted you interested in making a deal on a $150,Maserati if you'd be able to show it to me in person one day if you'd be in the office and you responded: "I will not be, but if you tell the time, I'll come by." Under no circumstances we were ever able to get Mr.*** ***'s satisfactionUnder the business right we are refusing to work or sell him a car anymoreEvery time we get his vehicle here we ended up with a complaintI have gone above and beyond in numerous cases to get his satisfaction
but after the next service we hear another complaint. This is the last email I got from my service advisor , *** regarding Mr.***'s last service visit ; We had Mr***'s vehicle in for a loose sun visor, and build up on radio screenBoth issue's were addressed and repairedThe sun visor just needed to be removed and reinstalledBuild up on screen was cleaned and back to normalThe vehicle had an exterior wash performed on it immediately prior to loading it onto the truck to deliver backThe fuel was not topped off, as this is not a process here at the dealership, unless the vehicle is listed as a VIP in modis, and in that case it is only performed onceThis vehicle is not listed in Modis as a VIPWe had done that for the customer in the past, mainly due to the vehicle being down for a while, done as a courtesy in that caseThe scrapes he is complaining about are underneath the front fascia, underneath the car on the black plastic belly panEvery vehicle we get in here (and some on the lot), have these scrapes, as this occurs when pulling into a parking spot that has a parking stopHe is also stating that his feet slip off of the rubber pedalsI did get an estimate for him to replace the pedals with metal onesHe informed me that he thought Maserati would cover these, and that it should not be a cost to himI did speak with *** with Maserati customer care, and informed her of what he said about them covering thisShe informed me that they did not make any such promise to him, and asked if my management would cover these cost for replacementI informed her that we have already compensated this customer free oil changes (has been performed already), and my management would not cover this as it is not a warranty issue, and there is nothing wrong with the current pedalsShe did tell me she would reach back out to the customer to try and figure out a solution with himWhen I spoke to him and gave him the price, I did tell him that he could go to the Maserati website and find a 10% discount coupon, just trying to help him ease the burden of the cost

I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern;I am deeply in utter dismay and disappointment to have been sent this response. It is not true that this business was ever unable to get my satisfaction. I do commend them on taking care of my previous issues in the past since none of it was ever my fault. I can tell you that each time I get behind the wheel, I say a prayer that nothing will happen to me because I don't feel safe or secure. I have a bigger level of respect for [redacted] in the Service Department than I do [redacted] the General Manager. [redacted] does a very poor job of listening and following through with a response. I'm sorry [redacted] that I had to go this far to complain to the Revdex.com, but you ignored me. You are unfortunately not doing an outstanding job with customer service like you promised me you'd do. A few time's during you not being responsive to me, I used another number in which I texted you interested in making a deal on a $150,000 Maserati if you'd be able to show it to me in person one day if you'd be in the office and you responded: "I will not be, but if you tell the time, I'll come by." I wanted to see if you were truly and personally ignoring me, and you clearly were and I have the proof now. Your head and concentration is centered upon money and greed. You yourself called me greedy when I was making a deal with Paula trying to negotiate some extra things. I'm very disappointed in you [redacted]. I felt like you were my big brother and could depend on you. You felt like family, but to this present day, I've lost any and all respect to you. It's sad to say, but this is the reality of how I'm feeling and I'm sure you could care less about my feelings. I don't blame you however, because you've been taught and brain washed to just take, take, take and not give, give, give.      I am grateful that my last issue's were address and repaired. I was not aware of the reasoning the fuel was not topped of as usual. Now I know the reasoning. Thanks for topping my fuel off in the past after realization that it was down there in the past for a while. I will give you the benefit of the doubt that the vehicle was washed. It must've been a pretty poor wash. Any future loaner vehicles I get I will stop washing and fueling to be fair when mine is being delivered back to me in the future moving forward. A wash and fuel top off to me is not a very big deal. It's just about the customer service principle of it, but I'm sure you could care less about customer service. After examining the vehicle while it was still tied up on the trailer, the scrapes are not under the black plastic belly pan. There are actual scrapes underneath the front bumper fascia where paint is chipped off in straight lines cutting all the way down (4 or 5 long scrapes). In the past, [redacted] came up with an idea to have a sheet which me and the delivery driver would sign off on after examining my vehicle on the trailer if it was free of any damages with [redacted] signing off from it after loading it up before the driver would make his commute. That was not done or provided this last delivery. I am very exhausted in the fight for the swap to aluminum pedals. It shouldn't even be a fight over a couple hundred dollars. I am refusing to pay for the swap and if they want to lose me as a customer in the future over a couple hundred dollars, that's also fine by me. At this point I am giving up on the pedals. It's okay just leave them alone. I will just have to deal with my feet slipping off of them and cross my fingers I don't cause any sort of crash while driving.I hope that you can share this response to the dealership on my level of disappointment and feelings. As a measure of next further action I'd like: -A sincere apology from whoever sent that first bullet paragraph response to you that was forwarded to me. -A sincere apology and reasoning as to why I was ignored for over a month my vehicle was last delivered to me (March 28th) after reaching out via phone call, voicemails, texts, and e-mails and why there was a response all of a sudden in me having to make a complaint to the Revdex.com. -Recommendations and advice as to what I can do or file further as a consumer since there is apparent refusal now to work or sell me a car anymore only after receiving more clarification from the dealership as to why that is being mentioned to me when I am making a complaint to you. It's very saddening to realize I'm being talked to and treated this way. I made a decision to move forward on a car that was MSRP'd close to $80,000. I thought that I'd be left in good hands after being promised on multiple occasions before making the deal I did I would be. It's just a big slap in the face reading that first bullet paragraph response. I do not however need or care for any further explanation or reasoning as to why there is refusal to sell me a car anymore in the future. Nothing offered to me, said to me, or begged to me will make me change my mind of doing any future business on a vehicle there. I wish the dealership good luck on how they're modeling business and customer service because it's not a nice or friendly one after they have people on a rope around their necks. I look forward to receiving a separate follow-up after you read this Jessica. Thank you for your level of professionalism, respect, and courtesy. I'd like to commend [redacted] in service on his outstanding job to me along with his patience, and kindness. I have lost all hope and warmness of [redacted] the General Manager. It's unfortunate to say that, but I can now say confidently that it's a definite fact. I fell bad for the client's that are leasing and purchasing from your establishment, but to each of their own. Everyone has a choice and decision they are free to make. I can't control their minds and tell them what to do. All I can do is control my mind and decision making from this point on and in the future once this lease is up. While I do have a fear of feeling helpless during the rest of the term on the lease, I'll count on some sort of hope to help me get though it. Thank you. Respectfully yours,[redacted] 04/30/2018
