Per *** ***, the customer was given a tax credit on the train error, the figures were not checked upon Ms*** picking up her new car. I have resubmitted the paperwork to NYDMV and this should be rectified shortly. We are adjusting the deal
accordingly. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused

I am rejecting this response because:I was called by sales person from maserati dealereship last week, wednesdayto let me know that car will be registered, up until now (aug 4) it's still isnt'tthe car already got tickets, and as of Jun (expired temporary plate) a can'tDrive the car as it's not registered

I just checked with my agency, the registration has been completed, I am advised that I should have the registration/plates by Tuesday or Wednesday.  Will contact the customer as soon as they are received
