I had the side of my house done as well as a patio area and shortly thereafter the color changed in a few areas and I thought to myself that it had just recently been laid that it would return to the color it should have been. A year later a couple of areas started lifting and falling apart so I called the Ontario office and they sent someone out that actually works for the company as apparently they had subbed out the original installation to some contracting company that they had negative reviews on that is why they only have company guys doing the installation now. They said that they would get back to me in a week as the product and installation was definitely of poor quality. Waited 3 months and didn't receive a call so I called and left a message, someone did get back to me a week later and said that the would provide a solution once they had talked with the inspector, that was over 3 months ago. Company doesn't know what is going on and hasn't yet stepped up to plate to honor their commitment. They will just grab you money and you won't hear back from them. I am a business owner and if I treated my customers this way I would be out of business in 6 months, stay away unless you want a poor product and terrible customer service.
