*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***Complaint Information: Ok for Starters this is a PAWN SHOP, If you PAWN Something you have Days to come back for your Item, Which is told to every customer , Not not not BUT Days ! Which is Noted all over their receipt , This Customer Pawned Items in the Beginning of April 2016, Her Due Date was May 9th 2016, She never came back for her items, No Calls NothingWe Held the items an Extra Weeks Because the Boss was Out of Town, So it even gave her More time to come in which she did not, Then Pulling them Off ( which we have legal right to do after only days ) The Items were then pulled off on June 4th Some were Sold and Some were Melted down , She came in on June 13th Wanting her items which were no longer available to her for she no longer owned the items after days , We explained this to her and explained where the items may be ie: Melted , Sold ect we explained out of courtesy ( We do not need to explain anything of what happens once a pawn is pulled ) , She searched the internet and found some of her items listed for sale , Came back and insisted screaming and yelling that she get them back ,we only had but items left and we went out of our way to take them down from our site and sell them back to her, again we did not have to do this we are the rightful owners after daysShe owns NOTHING and will get NOTHING Back nor Replaced from us , Maybe in the future she will now understand what a DUE DATE IS , It isn't you can come whenever you please pawnshop and months later at thatKindest Regards Paula M***

Jasmin J*** this pawnshop as you can see is very unprofessional as you can see though there content of words and are being untruthful about the whole story they said that I came in screaming demanding for my stuff which is untrue I came in speaking very calm to the man behind window they still have my stuff and won't return it
