Review: I applied for a loan of $3000.00 thru Maslow Credit Solutions,[redacted], thru [redacted],Senior Loan Consultant...phone ###-###-#### [redacted].... She faxed me a 5 page contract to read , sign & fax back using same phone # so I did. Loan was approved BY HER via phone conversation..I was told I had to make 3 loan payments upfront,$411.00,which I paid via moneyGram,,then I had to pay $325 insurance fee,which I paid thru moneyGram also (I have receipts).. It's been 2 weeks & now I get answering machine that hangs up when ext# is dialed. I've yet to receive my loan & just want my money back if I cant get loan..I don't know who to talk to so I'm writing you. What are my options in this matter? If you need, I can fax receipts & copy of contract for you to see. I await ANY response or help you can give me. I call or email her everyday but no reply or calls backDesired Settlement: I could still use the loan but if more fees needed then I just want a refund of fees already sent.

Review: I was approved for a loan in the amount of $10,000. A legal agreement was sent, signed and returned. A copy of it has be retained and is being turned over to lawyers. It stated a payment of $540 must be paid for security for the loan to be deposited to my bank account. The following day, they stated over the phone another $540 must be paid in order for the payment to be deposited. It was paid. The following day, the loan amount was still not deposited. They contacted me and said a payment amount of $1505 must be paid for goverment taxes in order for the loan to be released. I paid $1000 and they said they will cover the other $505 and have me pay that back over time. But I also advised them that If the loan is not released immediately and they attempt anything else the Revdex.com will contacted and I will be seeking legal action. They do not answer the phone now when I call and have not returned any voicemails. I have all documents, for all payments made and the laon agreement. No loan was ever recieved. They are fraud and scam artists. I am filing a lawsuit.Desired Settlement: The immediate return of the $2202 I have paid in fees and western union charges sending these payments to these scam artists. I will drop the lawsuit if this is completed.

No, I am just setting up with a civil litigation specialist now to pursue the lawsuit, it will be a little bit before it goes to court. The NYPD will also be notified tonight, as we are looking to have fraud charges pressed on this company. They will be sent all of the information.

Review: WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE CALL AND EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY STATING THAT I HAD BEEN APPROVED FOR A $3,000 LOAN.

THE TERMS WAS TWO OPTIONS ON RECEIVING THE FUNDS. 1.) WITH A CO-SIGNER WHO HAD A CREDIT SCORE OF AT LEAST 745. OR 2.) SEND THEM A PAYMENT OF $411.

THE FUNDS HAD TO BE SENT BY WESTERN UNION TO CANADA. THE TOTAL COST WAS $440.

I CONTACTED THE COMPANY BACK TO PROVIDE THE RECEIPT NUMBER. AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 6 HOURS, $3,000 + THE $40 FEE.

THIS WAS ON A FRIDAY EVENING. I WAS STILL TOLD THE FUNDS WOULD DEFINITELY BE IN MY ACCOUNT ON SATURDAY.

WELL....THEY WEREN'T. ON MONDAY, THEY NOTIFIED ME AND SAID THAT THE LENDER DECIDED THAT I NEEDED TO ADD INSURANCE TO THE LOAN, IF I COULD SEND $350 MORE DOLLARS.

I TOLD THEM NO.....TO CANCEL MY APPLICATION. THEY SAID I WOULD BE GETTING MY $411 BACK ON AUGUST **, IT WILL BE SENT BY CERTIFIED MAIL.

I'VE BEEN CALLING THEM ALL WEEK AND UNABLE TO GET THEM. WHEN I PUNCH IN THE EXTENSION NUMBER THE PHONE DISCONNECTS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY FULL REFUND OF $411

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Maslow Credit Solutions regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I called around August [redacted] spoke to someone named [redacted] once, since I filed this complaint. She said that [redacted] was not the one who processes refunds. She will send it out and promised that I will receive it by certified mail on Sept. [redacted]. I still have not received anything. Yet, I called them daily and sent emails. No one would answer the phone, return the calls, nor respond to the emails. I called on Sept. [redacted] and the phone has been disconnected. I even have a written contract that these people sent me to sign.

Review: received al loan for 5000 dollars with the condition of paying via western union 3 months installments(156x3=468 dollars) up front. I did this and was told 5018 dollars would be in my checking account within 24 hours. the extra money was for the western union fee. it did not happen.Desired Settlement: I would like the 508 dollars back. the western union fee was actually 40 dollars.

Review: My girlfriend applied for a loan from Maslow Credit Solutions and they said she was pre-approved for a $5,000. loan at 8%. She was told to complete the forms and fax back. She spoke with [redacted] and she was informed to send a Western Union Money Gram for $468.00 to cover the first 3 months of payment, which she did. She was then informed the loan will be deposited in her checking account by 5:00 pm 0n 8/*/13. We checked and nothing was deposited. We called back at 6:45 and they now said they need another $350.00 to process the loan. This is a scam!! She got robbed $468.00 and I want to be sure this does not happen to anyone else. I spoke with [redacted] and she said " I feel bad but, nothing I can do for her". I also informed her that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and I will sharing our experience will family/friends. I have never filed a claim before so not sure what other information you need, but We are willing to share whatever information you need to put these crooks out of business!! Review: I was approved by Maslow Credit Solutions for a loan of $3,000.00, the upfront fee was to pay for three months in advance, and I did not have to make a payment on the loan til December 2013. When I called the [redacted] regarding the status all of a sudden it was disabled.Desired Settlement: My money refunded.
