Review: The dress ordered, when worn, was too short due to a difference in length when on the dressform and my body. I emailed to fix the bottom, but they refused saying it was made to measurements, sent pictures, and suggested I purchase another dress. I replied telling them the dress on the dressform did not line up in the same place as my body and suggested they could send me the fabric; I'll fix it. They said they would send the fabric for $30 shipping. They never wrote why the different measurements; so I asked. The response was to have me lay the dress on a table with a clear scale, take a picture, and send it in. I told them I preferred to have them ship the fabric to ensure it met my measurements, as laying it on a table would not show the measurement difference. I also said $30 seemed high for shipping because large box flat rate shipping through the USPS is less than $17.00. There response was to direct me to the website & do the live chat b/c I would get discount. I replied with confusion, were they asking me to pay for the fabric and shipping now and to answer my measurement question. Their reply: paying for fabric and dress is different because the shape of me and model is different. I let them know I didn't understand why they reneged their offer and was reporting them to Revdex.com. They replied with shipping me the 3 fabrics within a meter for $25. I need 106.7 cm to redo, so I asked for 1 1/4 meter. They replied with $40 for shipping AND fabric cost! I let them know $25 is max. They replied the lace is very expensive and I had to pay for some of it. I told them you can't offer something then take it back, and I was now reporting them. Reply was I should know overseas shipping costs, they don't take responsibility, and they are kind for sending me the fabric. No, I don't understand why I'm paying overseas shipping when the dress was shipped from NY. There have been 20 emails between us with 4 different people on their side handling the issue.Desired Settlement: They need to ship one and quarter meter (125cm) from a bolt of each fabric. I have been more than generous and do not understand the run around I am being given, because of this run around, I should not have to pay anything. If absolutely necessary, I am willing to pay ONLY for shipping at the cost of $25, which is more than enough to cover flat rate shipping in a large box through the United States Post Office. Original/Purchase shipping costs was $21.17 for "expedited shipping (to US)."

Review: I bought my daughter a prom dress from this company-they say that returns for items is ok. We received the dress in bad condition--one of the corset straps were ripped right off the dress, the dress looked nothing like the picture they have put on their website. It is a picture that they have "stolen" from the real designer's website. So damaged, wrong dress-they made us believe we would get the dress pictured.

I have contacted them numerous times now and they keep insisting there is no way it could be damaged. Any way here is the emails-I am hoping I get my refund because this is crazy:

No, I do not want to keep it (that has been clearly stated) and the dress was definitely shipped that way-no question about it---I can't even believe you would not listen to your customer. I will be writing a letter to the Revdex.com about this terrible customer service and not acknowledging that you could have made a mistake --IT WAS DAMAGED RIGHT FROM THE PACKAGE!

Can't say it enough--don't want this dress-was damaged, wrong dress and nothing like the picture shown--it is ugly and again-we don't want it-please refund it immediately-this is ridiculous! It is not that hard to understand!

We want instructions on how to return for FULL REFUND---we have talked to the designer of the dress you have on your website and it is fraudulent -no doubt about it.

If you want the dress to be exactly the same as the picture shown, then the dress price will be much more expensive. As the saying goes: a penny minute goods. We don't sell luxuries, we sell reasonable dresses with reasonable price.

Really sorry that you are not satisfied with the dress we made.Before the dress was shipped out,the dress was fine ,embellishments were not falling off.It may be accurred during the delivery.Can you get the dress altered locally?If it can't be fixed or the fees is too high,feel free to contact us and we will alter it for you for free and ship it back to you.Of course , you will have to pay for the returned shipping but we will be responsible for the reshipping fees.Remember to use USPS for the delivery ,which has no taxes occur.Thanks.

ADesired Settlement: I want my money back so I can find my daughter another dress (I am a single parent who thought I was getting a good deal for the dress-because they used the designer's pictures-which we thought were real and guaranteed to return. Especially damaged-that they refuse to acknowledge.

I want a refund for ALL charges to buy, shipping, shipping back to the business and all other fees associated. Will not pay restocking fees on something that was not like we saw and ordered on their website.
