I had this company install a new driveway at my house.
After only 3 days the driveway started sinking.
*** the owner also left all the material he dug out of my yard in the street.
It has been there for almost 2 weeks now. He said he was coming back for it over a week ago.

Finish the job To repair my driveway and haul away the material he left in the street. Yes the material is blocking a lane. Seems like a hazard to me .
We attempted to contact *** after he left a negative review on our company's Facebook page, that has since been removed by Facebook for ethnic slurs. *** has not responded to our messages, trying to resolve the matter. We have had a breakdown of equipment and have been unable to retrieve the material left behind, however we offered to have a third party company come and haul away materials, but we have received no response from ***.

First off I'm the one that deleted the FB review. There were no ethnic slurs In it. I don't even what your background is lol. And if he was trying to get a hold of why not call on the phone? Or why not just stop by and get the material. And what about the material that *** watches you dump in the ditch? And he knows where the material is, doesn't have to contact me to come remove it. My entire driveway has to be removed and redone right.

We've reached out to the customer. We responded to a review he left on Facebook, my husband tried to text and call him today, but he's not communicating back.
Prior to the facebook review and the complaint we had not heard from the customer regarding there being an issue with the driveway. It's true the material was left at the customer's house, but our equipment is currently down and we cannot get it at this time. We are trying to reach out to the customer to talk about the issue.

I want my money back than. The driveway is even worse now. I didn't pay $4000 to have half fast work done. I have received anther estimate to have my drive redone. I do not want Mason back n on my property. For what he did with the old material. And not sure why Mason thought it was ok to run their roller into my deck causing damage. Using my water without asking? Not sure why you people think you can just go around doing what you please. New estimate is for $4800. I want my $4000 back so I can hire another company.
