Review: A few months ago, I was receiving calls from this company repeatedly, sometimes I would come home to multiple missed calls/ voicemails from them. On more than one occasion, I was home to answer the phone and told the person calling that they had the wrong number. We got this phone number in June and I guess it belonged to someone who has an account in arrears with this company. Twice I was told they would stop calling me. Today I received another phone call asking for someone I don't know and told them they do not live here and to please take me off this list. The person rudely responded "well this isn't a list". I blocked the number but I don't want to be harassed for someone else's credit problems anymore. When it's confirmed that the person you are looking for is no longer at that number, you should stop calling.Desired Settlement: Stop calling phone numbers when it's been confirmed (3 times) that the person you are looking for is NOT at that number.

Review: Masseys solicited me for credit with a pre-approved catalog. I ordered an item paid on time, ordered another item a month or two later and paid it on time. They sent the second item to the wrong address so I didn't know it was delivered. When I received a lackluster response to non-delivery and how I had to fill out a form before issuing credit, I asked them to take me off their mailing list. Then they sent pre-approved catalogs under different merchant names: K. Jordan and Stoneberry. Tried to order through the latter first with an order close to 260.00. They confirmed the order but never sent me information on it so when I checked online, it had not shipped. I emailed them and they said they want a 50% deposit. Now I can see this if I had no credit history, but that is outrageous. So I placed a second order for half the amount- same lack of response and requesting half down- what? I have a good payment history- does not warrant it. So I order the same item through their other merchant. This time they did not approve the order and same conduct- confirmed, not delivered no communication. So it looks like their is one credit department and they are not approving the orders because I won't send them a deposit which I feel is unwarranted given my good payment history with them. I never received any information about a credit line. Highly unprofessional, unethical and inconsisting credit practices! This appears to be a bait and switch scheme.Desired Settlement: Approve and send my orders with K Jordan and Stoneberry as you solicited me for a pre-approved account.

Review: I ordered two pairs of shoes from Mason Easy Pay, a brand for Mason Companies, Inc. When I ordered these shoes online, the return policy stated that if I was not satisfied for any reason, to use the return label to return the shoes and that I would only be responsible for the $7.95 return fee. When the shoes arrived, they did not fit correctly even though I ordered them in my usual size. I placed the return label on the box and mailed them back to Mason Easy Pay in December of 2015. I received an invoice for entire purchase price of the two pairs of shoes in January of 2016 and called Mason Easy Pay as I had returned these items. The representative acknowledged the return of both pairs of shoes and stated that they would issue the appropriate credit to the account and that I would receive an updated invoice in February of 2016 for the $7.95 return fee. I received the updated invoice today and it was for $32.10. I called Mason Easy Pay and spoke with both a supervisor and manager who advised that I was responsible for not only the $7.95 return fee but the $22.95 in shipping costs to mail the order to me in December of 2015. I stated several times that their return policy NEVER indicated that I would be responsible for the original shipping cost of $22.95. Both individuals stated that if I did not pay the $22.95, that I would be forwarded to collections and the account would be reported negatively to my credit report. My account number at Mason Easy Pay is 054849137-02.Desired Settlement: At this time, I would like my credit account closed and I would like the entire balance of $32.10 credited to my account. Given the difficulty that I have encountered with Mason Easy Pay's representatives and their questionable business practices, I no longer feel that I owe this company anything.
