It has been brought to our attention that an outstanding invoice for a mere $has not been paid, I researched and based on the complaint, ? Mr " [redacted] ***" email invoices were sent to our SPAM inbox due to the name I'm assuming, therefore we did not receive them, We request to have all ? invoices via regular mail, I have checked with our office and we have no record of a physical invoice, We apologize for the inconvenience and the slip on not having the invoice paid but please note that some surveyors are sent via title companies and title companies are required to make payment at the date of purchase, in this case I researched the file and the property was not purchased and therefor title company did not make payment to the party.We do however confirm that the invoice is due per services, payable and would be getting with the party to make certain the invoice is paid in full.? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint? Once again, today, I have emailed a copy of this invoice to Mr [redacted] with American Property Buyers, LLC at the email address that he provided on his response to you.? This will be the fifth time that I have done so to the same email address.? The excuse he provided in that it is going to "spam" should not fly after he has been made aware of the problemI also sent a copy via certified mail on March 7, to the address that he provided when the service was requested (NW Freeway, Suite 455, Houston, TX 77092) but it came back marked "Return to Sender, Unable to Forward".? My P.OBox has not changed in the years that I have been in business.? The address is still [redacted] ***.? I have a signed proposal from Mr [redacted] stating that the invoice would be paid within days of completion, but it has now been 2-1/years.? My telephone number has changed.? It is now [redacted] , but there is really nothing to discuss.? Mr [redacted] keeps claiming that he has not received the invoice which is not true.? I would be happy to mail another copy, but if the address is not as shown on his letterhead, then I need a current one.? I am attaching a copy of the invoice and receipt for certified mail.? Maybe the Revdex.com can forward a copy to him as I am having no luck Regards, ?
