Concerning above complaint, the service has been completedUnfortunately, the process look much longer than it should have between 3-weeks when parts are need to be ordered.The windows parts warranty from are difficult to get since the factory "GraefWindows" has closed in The sliding
glass door was replace in which another foot lock needed to be replaced.My office and serviceman in future for Mrs*** will be in the 3-weeks service when parts are needed.In the end, Mrs*** does have windows and locks that are functioning.Any questions, please call.Thank you,Deborah ** P***Suburban Home improvement

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
I do have working a lock on my door and a handle on the window that will have to do. They major issue with this company is that they do not return calls. They never called to discuss the matter with me and they had the parts for weeks prior to replacing them.
