[redacted] To Whom it may concern, This is a response in regards to the complaint filed against us (Customer) came into our store on March 28th to redeem the [redacted] laptop he had taken a pawn loan on the prior monthThe pawn loan amount was for $against the used value of the laptop (the new purchase price may have been $however we base our values against the current used going rate of items because they depreciate so quickly!) Our assistant manager helped him with the transaction and fetched (Customer's) laptop from our warehouseFor every redemption transaction we bring our customer's items to them and allow them to thoroughly examine them before they sign a release for their propertyThe release that was signed by (Customer) upon the return of his property states: "I am the customer named aboveI certify that the pledged items listed above were returned to me in good order this day, upon the redemption of my pawn ticket(s), and that there are no outstanding pledged items which were not duly and properly returned to me" (Customer) went home and a couple hours later he contacted us with the complaint that his charger wasn't thereAt this point were weren't legally obligated to offer any kind of compensation for the alleged missing accessory but we wanted to offer superior customer service and help in any way that we couldSince (our Customer's) charger was used at the time of the pawn contract, we searched for another spare used charger and gave it to him to use as a replacementA few days later (Customer) came back with the charger we gave him asking for a new chargerHe stated that the charger we gave him, although seemingly functional, was a fire hazard and was unacceptable(Customer) accused us of giving it to him on purpose with nefarious intentions and threatened to seek legal action if we didn't buy him a new chargerWe tried explaining to (Customer) that because when he accepted his laptop at redemption he signed a legal release stating that everything was returned to him in good working order and we weren't legally obligated to purchase him a new charger, but because we want to take care of our customers we did go over and beyond give him the only charger we had that was suitable for his laptop(Customer) was not satisfied after the exchange and leftWe received the Revdex.com complaint on April 8th Best, The Mason Pawn Crew

The worst customer service I have ever had in my life There is a red headed manager there who I has the worst customer service I have ever received in my life Rude, dishonest, talks down and belittles his customer I will never do business there again And I have purchased many things from this shop but the new guy wow I wouldn't let him lick dog poo off the bottom of my shoe he would make the situation worse

(Customer) came into our store on March 28th 2015 to redeem the [redacted] laptop he had taken a pawn loan on the prior month. The pawn loan amount was for $125 against the used value of the laptop (the new purchase price may have been $480 however we base our values against the current used going rate of items because they depreciate so quickly!) Our assistant manager helped him with the transaction and fetched (Customer's) laptop from our warehouse. For every redemption transaction we bring our customer's items to them and allow them to thoroughly examine them before they sign a release for their property. The release that was signed by (Customer) upon the return of his property states:
