Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As stated in her previous responses to this complaint, [redacted] stated that she had to have different companies with estimates to complete touch up painting and replace a carpet with pad in a bedroom closet I asked for reciepts of the work from the companies [redacted] provided a invoice, with no date, and from individuals who perform contract work for Mason Real Estate I believe the invoice was made up to solve this complaint and do not believe the work was done This practice is dishonest and without merit To resolve this complaint, a refund of of my original security deposit be made Regards, [redacted]

Mr ***'s security deposit was returned minus repairs which were noted on the Move out inspectionI was not informed ahead of the move out inspection of the paint not matching and of the urine smell on the carpetI could not give him a cost to repaint the rooms or replace the carpet, these are jobs done by other companiesI obtained the cost and had the repairs completedThere was no charge on the goal it was noted because it was done without authorizationThe repairs that I could control were done in a timely mannerThe owners had a home warranty policy on the home; some repairs had to go thru the home warranty company and were out of my controlThey were painful for myself and Mr*** on two separate occasions at no time was I ever rude to him or his wifeHis security deposit came back to us undeliverable as soon as it came back we verified the address took a photo of the envelope sent that to Mr*** and re mailed the refunded portion of the security deposit

I could not give him a cost to repaint the 2 rooms or replace the carpet, these are jobs done by other companies. I obtained the cost and had the repairs completed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
No cost to touch up paint or replace the carpet in upstairs closet was ever given.  My wife and I both found it difficult to work with [redacted] Mason.  Many unreturned phone calls and unproffesional service was provided by her and Mason Real Estate.  My wife has a copy of the text sent to [redacted] Mason on Friday May 29th at 3:59, stating she can come any time to conduct a pre move inspection.  [redacted] did not come to the house until 9 June at 0900 when we both conducted the move out inspection.  [redacted] never stated I would be charged or have any portion of my deposit deducted.  [redacted] never stated also that my deposit was returned undeliverable.  I find it hard to believe it cost $450 to touch up paint and replace the carpet in the upstairs closet.  To resolve this complaint I would appreciate reciepts and exact cost for touch paint and carpet cleaning.
