I (MARK M*** ) CLEARLY DID NOT HANDLE THIS BACK ORDER SITUATION WITH THE *** PROPERLY AND WILL SEND A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF DOLLARS TO THEM IN THE TWO WEEKS IT TOOK THEM TO DECIDE TO REPAIR THE SET THE PART THEY NEEDED WENT ON BACK ORDER WITH NO ETA.I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED UP BETTER
WITH THEM ON THE SITUATION.WITH THAT BEING SAID AND BASED ON THE AGE OF THE SET THEY MIGHT BE BETTER OFF JUST REPLACING IT.I DO APOLOGIZE TO THE *** AND WILL MAIL THE REFUND CHECK ASAP
