I happened to see the Mason's truck at my neighbor's home, and walked over to ask about their servicesI told them that I hadn't had my chimney swept in over five years and that I get birds nesting in my flew every yearI thought surely there would be a mess in thereThey quoted a price for the cleaning and a cap (which I asked for) and said that they would come over when they were finished and do the job if they had time, or schedule an appointmentThey knocked on the door a little while later and said they had the time for the jobI was thrilledHOWEVER, what impressed me the most, is when they had already brought in all of their gear and covered my carpets, they were SO HONEST WITH ME, and told me that my chimney was VERY CLEAN AND LOOKED BRAND NEWIT DID NOT NEED TO BE CLEANEDNow with me thinking that it did, they could have very easily "cleaned it" and charged me the $cleaning feeTHEY DID NOTTHEY HAD ME LOOK INTO THE CHIMNEY TO SEE HOW CLEAN IT WASThat to me showed honesty and integrityI did ask them to put the cap on so that I would not have the birds back, and they agreed that the cap was necessaryI WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CHIMNEY SWEEP OR ANY OTHER SERVICE THEY PROVIDEThey restored my faith in the professional service industryThank you Mason'sPatricia M***

Today I made a call which was answered promptlyThe first representative put me on hold and another named *** answeredI asked to place an order where I could get pizza and wingsCurrent special's and "the works" along with 20/pc wings and sauce...only two "small" as expressed by the representative along with more at a priceIn total my order had been taken and I was giving my card numberDuring the call we were disconnected twiceI called back both times and the second time I was put on hold for over five minIn short; what happened caused me to be placing the order over a min spanI expressed the last time that this experience was the worst I had received in a long while and the poor service would leave for a small tip at the doorHe exclaimed "oh yeah!" well then I'm going to refuse service to youI was then hung up on
