My husband and I purchased a used lawnmower ($down and $within days) from this business and it malfunctioned before we could even use itHe agreed to repair the item, but it took us a while to get the mower, which was stuck in our backyard, back to his storeHe stood by his word and repaired it, but he became belligerent and made threats to keep the item and our moneyHe argued with me because we refused to pay for a part the lawnmower needed, stating that we had not paid as agreedI explained that we hadn't paid the remaining $balance because we were waiting until the lawnmower was working properlyHe had provided us with a warranty, so the part it needed should have been freeWe paid the balance, but even though I asked him to stop speaking disrespectfully and that I had nothing else to say, he continued to yell at meI couldn't continue to argue with him, as I have a medical condition and nearly passed out in the parking lot of his store following this eventI was surprised at his lack of professionalism, and I will never do business with him again
