Review: Ordered masonic regalia from this company on September 7, 2012. Told delivery would occur before December 15th, 2012. Paid $873.44 for items. Not delivered on time, nor yet - still awaiting order to be completed. Calls are often unanswered, and messages left not returned. Most recent promise was for delivery by April 10th, 2013. Still not received, and two calls made/messages left in the last two weeks have not been returned.Desired Settlement: $873.44

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have refunded the appropriate balance for the order.
