Review: Mr. [redacted], the owner, on 8/30/13 made up a contract for cleaning and sealing my brick work. He and I signed it. He did not have a copy so he said he would have it type and give me a copy. I trusted him because he laid the bricks down earlier. He charged me $1,100 for the work and I paid $750.00 as partial payment for him to get a power washer. He called me on 9/2/13 and told me he was on his way. I told him I had an appointment and he said he would come on 9/3/13 at 11:00am. He did not come nor call. I called each day since then and his mail box was either full or he was not available and his phone system did now allow me to leave a message. This does not seem like the man that put down bricks. I just don't know what's going on and I cannot get in touch with him by phone. I want him to do the job indicated above or refund my money. Thank you so much.Desired Settlement: Complete contract, do the work and I will pay remainder of contract balance; OR refund my money if cannot or will not do the work.
