Mason's Moving & Labor

I hired Mason's Moving & Labor on March 27,2015. I had previously talked with [redacted] and he gave me a price and told me they have a "we break it we buy it policy" Sure enough, they shattered a glass top to my desk. I had [redacted] call his office and let me talk to someone to assure me that they were insured and would handle the claim. He had to me talk to a lady named [redacted] and she said first thing Monday morning to call her and we would then contact their [redacted]. I paid [redacted] $160 in cash at the end of the 2 hours. Sure enough, Monday morning his phone doesnt work, she won't call me back, I can't even find this company ANYWHERE on the internet. I am in Salt Lake City and I hired this company of off [redacted]. I am sure it was a scam and they are not licensed or insured. I have the license plate of the truck and a business card he gave me. Other than that, I am out a $1500 glass top.Product_Or_Service: Moving ServicesDesired SettlementI would like the company to file a claim with their insurance and get me a new glass top.
