Mason's Propane Service

Full disclosure when I started with Mason's Propane I was a new home owner and had been late on paying. I then became a will-call meaning you have to call in at 30% and make a payment prior to delivery. It has been over 2 years now of being a will call customer and on the last 2 occasions they have been late on their deliveries to me. Meaning they went over the quoted time for a delivery. Even though I have seen them in my area they just didn't feel the need to fit me in. I am now out of propane and they don't care. The customer service I have received from not only this incident but the incident prior (in the summer) has shown me that although we are not to be late in payment, they can be late on deliveries. I am very disappointed in this company.
